At From the Heart, every service is tailored with care, intention, and clarity. Here’s what you can expect:
Begins with individual meetings for each participant to share their story, reflect on what’s most important to them, and prepare for the mediation process.
Once all participants are ready, we coordinate a 2-hour joint mediation session.
The mediation starts with a brief overview of the process and the establishment of our communication agreements.
Each participant shares their perspective, followed by guided dialogue to explore the underlying values, emotions, and needs at the heart of the conflict. This is a collaborative process where participants generate their own solutions for moving forward together.
The mediation concludes with formal or informal agreements that outline next steps.
Begins with an individual meeting for us to explore the history of the conflict, your current concerns, and your ideal coaching and conflict outcomes.
We'll discuss tools and strategies to navigate conflict with confidence and purpose, even if the other participant isn't engaged in the process.
Coaching helps you reflect deeply on your own needs and approach, build emotional resilience, and take meaningful steps forward, regardless of the other participant's involvement.
Begins with individual meetings for key participants to share their intentions and vision for the dialogue.
Once all participants are ready, we coordinate a 2-hour facilitated dialogue session.
Participants are guided through structured, intentional conversation—sharing lived experiences, expressing needs, and uncovering new understandings.
This includes opportunities for reflection, active listening, and collective problem-solving, including the identification of specific agreements or next steps.
Dialogue facilitation is recommended for larger groups, organizational teams, and community-based conflicts.
