Restorative Mediation 

A collaborative process for people in conflict to share perspectives, listen deeply, and create agreements for moving forward.

• The process begins with individual meetings where each participant shares their story, reflects on what matters most, and prepares for a joint conversation.

• When everyone feels ready, we schedule a two-hour joint session.

• Together, we review the process, establish communication agreements, and engage in guided dialogue to explore the values, emotions, and needs beneath the conflict.

• The session concludes with shared agreements that outline next steps and support continued collaboration.

Conflict Coaching

One-on-one support to help you reflect, build confidence, and develop practical tools for navigating conflict on your own.

• We begin with a conversation to explore the history of the conflict, your current concerns, and your goals for coaching.

• We’ll identify tools and strategies for navigating conflict with clarity and confidence—even when others aren’t ready to engage.

• Coaching can be a one-time session for targeted support or an ongoing process for deeper reflection and skill-building.

Dialogue Facilitation

A structured conversation that fosters understanding, strengthens relationships, and helps groups or communities address challenges together.

• The process begins with individual meetings where key participants share their intentions and hopes for the dialogue.

• Once all participants are ready, we schedule a two-hour facilitated dialogue session.

• Participants are guided through a structured, intentional conversation—sharing experiences, expressing needs, discovering new understanding, and practicing collective problem-solving.

• Dialogue facilitation is recommended for larger groups, teams, and community-based conflicts.
